Dreamy Herbal Smoke Blend

Unwind & Drift Away

A soft, aromatic herbal smoking blend crafted for slowing down, settling in, and creating a little space between you and the noise of the day.

Dreamy begins with mullein leaf, the light and fluffy foundation of the blend. Mullein has a long history in traditional herbal practice as a respiratory support herb. It also has a fascinating history of being prepared specifically through smoke. Its mild character makes it an excellent base for carrying more aromatic and flavorful herbs.

From there, we blend in lavender, mugwort, skullcap, and uva ursi.

• Lavender - brings its familiar floral aroma and traditionally calming nature.
• Skullcap - a beloved nervine traditionally used to support relaxation and help a busy nervous system settle.
• Mugwort - adds an earthy, aromatic quality to the smoke. This intriguing herb has a long relationship with nighttime ritual, dreaming, and the space between wakefulness and sleep.
• Uva ursi - rounds out the blend with a deeper, earthy character that balances the lighter floral herbs.

Together, these herbs create a smooth, earthy-floral blend for intentional moments of pause. Enjoy Dreamy during a quiet evening on the porch, while reflecting or meditating, or simply as a ritual for putting the day down.

The Tradition of Herbal Smoke

Tea isn't the only way people have worked with herbs.

Throughout herbal history, plants have been prepared as infusions, tinctures, syrups, steams, incense, poultices, and smoke. The method of preparation matters. Herbal smoke has its own long history of traditional and ceremonial use.

Dreamy is thoughtfully formulated with mullein as its foundation. Complementary herbs were chosen for their aromatic character and their traditional relationships with relaxation, dreaming, and rest.
