Suggested Use:
A nourishing herbal blend designed for daily enjoyment as part of a steady wellness routine.  This tea is especially suited to long infusions that encourage mineral extraction and a deeper, richer cup.

Ingredients:

• Moringa* leaf (Moringa oleifera)

• Dandelion* leaf (Taraxacum officinale)

• Tulsi* (holy basil) leaf (Ocimum tenuiflorum)

• Hawthorn* leaf & berry (Crataegus spp.)

• Hibiscus* (Hibiscus sabdariffa)

• Rosehips* (Rosa spp.)

• Goji* berries (Lycium barbarum)

• Cinnamon* (Cinnamomum spp.)

• Marshmallow* leaf & root (Althaea officinalis)

Preparation:
Use 1/2 Tablespoon per 8 oz hot water (200–212°F).. Steep covered for 10 minutes.

Long infusion: Add 2 TBSN to 16 oz hot water in a heat safe jar, cover and allow to steep for 2–4 hours, or overnight, to extract the fullest mineral and flavor profile.  Strain, reheat, enjoy throughout the morning and afternoon.
