Preparation & Applications

Steep 1-2 teaspoons in hot water for 10-15 minutes for a naturally mucilaginous, soothing herbal tea, or use in herbal formulations.  Room temp or even cold water will lead to optimal extraction of beneficial mucilage compounds.
