Preparation & Applications

Best prepared as a cold infusion by soaking 1-2 tablespoons in cool water for several hours or overnight. Can also be gently simmered for 15-20 minutes.  Room temp or even cold water will lead to optimal extraction of beneficial mucilage compounds.
