Preparation & Applications

Perfect for herbal tea blends, nutritive infusions, and traditional preparations. Steep 1-2 teaspoons in hot water for 10-15 minutes for a nourishing herbal tea, or use in herbal formulations. The cut and sifted form allows for easy preparation and optimal extraction of beneficial compounds.  For a more mineral-rich nourishing infusion, consider a 4 hour steep or overnight.
