What's In The Air Herbal Tea

Aromatically spiced and gently minty with grassy undertones and a smooth, slightly sweet finish.

Enjoy 1-2 cups per day during seasons when the air feels full of things your respiratory system may not appreciate. Many herbalists traditionally recommend drinking 2 cups to a quart daily in the weeks leading up to your personal high-pollen season to support the body's natural response to environmental triggers.
